Sturdy, chunky dishware in a gorgeous array of bold and lovely colors. My kitchen cabinets are a rainbow cacophony, but it sure makes for fun place settings. I can completely "redecorate" the table by using all the same or different colors, all primary colors, red and green and white, black and orange and white, and so on. Kinda fun, too, to set a table then shift all the bowls one space over, cups two, and so on. My mom collects the original pieces for me here and there when she comes across them, which is great fun because it really doesn't matter what piece or color it is, it fits in just fine =). Love these dishes!

The color here looks really light green, but in actuality it is a true shamrock green. The difference is huge from what you see here and on the Fiestaware web site. It's more grass-colored. The quality is fine, but the color is seriously misleading.

The thing I love most about these dishes is the size of each piece. The coffee cup is a small mug, the bowl is flat in the bottom, which helps avoid spills and the plate and saucer are small enough to limit huge portions. The jury is still out on whether or not they will break or chip easily, but thus far, I love them!

I ordered 4 settings in Cobalt to coordinate with the older Pfaltzgraff Yorktowne pieces I have. Every year I lose a few more 1984 Yorktowne pieces due to cracks but still have the platters, servers, crocks, etc. I uploaded two photos of my Cobalt dinnerware because Amazon's photo is not the right color. Cobalt is a deep dark blue.
I love shopping on Amazon! I ordered three sets and received the fourth one free. No one else can beat Amazon's prices plus free shipping. Plus, these sets were packed really well with layer upon layer of bubblewrap. There were no dings or chips. I washed and dried the dishes and saw that there was still a film from the factory on them. White vinegar took it right off.
I am so happy that these dishes are still made in the USA. Food washes off them really easily. And the cobalt color makes food look spectacular. My mom has used her Fiesta for years and it still looks good.
