It offers all the same remarkable engineering quality and cooking performance as the 36-inch gas ranges in the Professional series. Cooking with the 30-inch range is a delight. The four-burner worktop has heavy-duty cast iron grates. Included is Bertazzoni's exclusive Triple-ring power burner with dual valve controls which has separately controlled flames providing high-efficiency power, as well as a delicate low-simmer function. The oven has a balanced air-flow fan convection to provide even heat distribution for single and multi-level roasting and baking, without flavor crossover. It also features a wide-area infrared gas grill. Bertazzoni's special Triple-glaze door ensures low-temperature external surfaces. The 30-inch range also has its own matching backsplash and ventilation hood with adjustable chimney height and three settings for different power levels.

well,
i have written before but it's now been 1 year since it was installed and it has given me nothing more than headaches + many technicia visits...........
first it was the oven which is still problematic and now the larger burner do not
seem to work............if i want to simmer the flame will shut off......
it's a constant pain...........
but the worst is to deal with bertazzoni service people.......they do not return your calls and i was told by one of them that if the unit cannot be fixed they would replace it.......
i don't know how far we have to go to prove to them that it just isn't working properly...........
i bought a unit and expected it to work in full............IT HAS NOT.....
this is warn people against buying this.........
it's been my regret that i did not purchased wolf, jennair or viking or some other
american brand..........we make better appliances.......
but i do like the bertazzoni look but it was a total mistake....
so, avoid this totally if you are smart.........
otherwise you will end up with a unit that functions like an italian car...
"more time in the shop that on the road".......i had 1 of those junks...
this is my last italian made anything........
