Product Description

| NEW LOW PRICE -- TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS GREAT OFFER WHILE IT LASTS! | In order to fully enjoy a bottle of wine's true aroma, it's important to keep it at the proper temperature, as serving it too cold will cause it to lose its flavor notes while excessively warm temperatures will speed up the aging process. However, whether you're a budding wine connoisseur or a true oenophile, you don't have to spend thousands of dollars building a home wine cellar. Instead, a thermoelectric wine cooler such as the NewAir AW-180E is a great, affordable way to keep your wine properly chilled. The NewAir AW-180E thermoelectric wine cooler has an eighteen bottle capacity with digital controls that make it incredibly easy to use. The LED light provides bright contrast and the touch screen on the display is intuitive and easy to control. Moreover, an internal LED light within the NewAir AW-180E wine cooler illuminates for greater visibility so that you know exactly which bottle of wine you are pulling out. In terms of sound, because the unit's thermoelectric technology involves very little moving parts, this results in vibration-free, silent operation that won't disturb your indoor environment. Lastly, for a touch of sophistication, the racks inside the NewAir AW-180E are chrome-plated. For an affordable, compact, and easy-to-operate thermoelectric wine cooler with a large eighteen bottle capacity, try the NewAir AW-180E

Great Wine Cellar!! November 22, 2009 Jennifer Savage 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is the second wine cellar I have purchased in the last 3 years and I researched this for a week. The last wine cellar I had was a bust from Oster, a great Black Friday deal but stopped working after 6 months. My experience was that it took several hours to cool down and it was realy picky about the ambient temperature. Just a little dust on the back cover sent the internal temp upward and really, all I wanted was chilled wine!!! After all my research, I kept coming back to this model. This has the "look" I wanted for my kitchen but I had never owned a product by this company. I did read the other reviews regarding the humming sound it makes but in my position my previous wine cellar sounded like a jet taking off each time you opened the door to get out a bottle of wine and it had to kick in to lower the internal temp again.
When I first unpacked the NewAir cellar, my first thought was wow, this is beautiful!! I got it set in it's new home by the wet bar and plugged it in. Gorgeous!! The temperature starting out showed 74 degrees and it was automatically set to go down to 54 degrees. And it got to 54 degrees....in 30 minutes!!!! I was shocked!! So by that time, I loaded about 10 bottles of wine into the cellar. It took about 1 1/2 hours total to chill all that wine that had been at room temperature. I am very impressed with this machine. As for the humming sound, I have yet to hear it. I know it is working because the wine is cold, but not sure what the other reviewer were describing...maybe my kitchen is just noisy!!hahaahaha
Anyway, I would not hesitate to recommend this cellar and will follow up in a few months with an additional review.
Skinny bottles only November 13, 2009 Rose Vines 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I've only had this wine fridge for a short time, so I can't comment on its reliability (our last one which we purchased at Lowes lasted about 6 months). It looks good, is a convenient, compact size and seems to work well. But there's no way you can fit 18 bottles in it unless they're slim - such as the standard Bordeaux and Alsace shapes. The chubbier Burgundy size and anything larger just won't fit. The only way to get them in is to remove every second rack and make sure you lie slim and chubby bottles side by side. Makes it closer to a 10-12 bottle fridge.
Dented but Working Great October 27, 2009 Bobby G (Doylestown, PA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is what I was looking for in a wine cooler. So far it is working just as I had hoped for.
I like the easy adjust temperature control and where I have it behind my bar, it has plenty
ventilation room. I would have given this a five but it arrived in a torn packing box with
a few dents on the side and top. Where I have the cooler you cannot see the dents but
the packaging was quite poor. It came in a carton with one styrofoam end corner. I would
greatly suggest they do a better job of packing the product. I thought about sending it
back but since it works so well, I decided to keep it. The small size really fits just about anywhere
but be sure you have enough room for the ventilation. I would not get this for wine storage
but if you drink wine and like to have a place to store it so when you want it,, it is chilled -
then this is for you.
A compact wine cellar October 15, 2009 Michael T Kennedy (Mission Viejo, CA USA) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I used to have a large wine cellar in a previous home. Now, I drink less wine and have no need for a large cellar. This is quite compact and seems to work quite well. The metal shelves shift around a bit when adding or removing bottles but, other than that, it is quite satisfactory. It has a temperature indicator on the front so the internal temperature can be set exactly. I recommend it.
My NewAir Wine Cooler is Great! September 19, 2009 Centurion4Life (Newport Beach, The OC) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
We just bought an investment property in Las Vegas and needed a wine cooler. [...]. I came across the NewAir Wine Cooler from Air & Water, Inc. This unit was exactly what I was looking for. It holds 18 bottles, which is the perfect amount for our vacation home. It doesn't require permanent installation, so we can take it with us if we decide to sell our condo. It has cool blue LED lighting and 5 adjustable shelves incase I purchase the 1.5l wine bottles.
[...]. It has been 2 months since we have received the unit and we are really enjoying it. It fits nicely in our dining room and my friends often ask if that was an upgrade to the condo. They are really impressed by how quite it is and easy it is to operate. The touch screen temperature controls make it really simple to keep my growing collection of wine at the right temperature.
