I bought a new Fuji camera on Nov. 10th from Amazon and this memory card to go with it. I got the camera right away but was informed that they were out of the cards and would ship as soon as possible. I am now informed that I will not get this until after Dec. 25th. I bought this camera to use at Thanksgiving and Christmas and now I have to buy a card elsewhere. I have nothing against the card as I've never gotten it but as a frist time buyer from Amazon I think they stink!

 Crapped out after a year October 31, 2009

It worked fine for a little less than a year after I bought it, for use with a Panasonic Lumix camera. It worked, nothing too flashy, but then it's a memory card. But about a month ago it started to crap out - first one "memory read error" wiping out all the pictures then stored on it. Then it became more regular, and now does not work at all.
I mean, I guess I can't get too upset about it crapping out when it only cost $[...] or whatever it was, but still, I'm planning on staying away from Transcend for at least my next memory card.

Vista and Windows 7 have readyboost, you can find info in the Windows help files, using a class 6 SD memory card it will speed up your computer. Works great.

I ordered this flash card the sme time as I ordered a new Canon digital camera & am very pleased with its performance. It has plenty large enough capacity for my amateur occasional shooting and I'm quite sure it could handle way more use than I give it. Amazon's Frustraion-Free packaging is a great idea, saves on unnecessary shipping costs and bulky packaging materials. I was also very pleased with the low cost of the SDHC cards as compared to memory sticks I used in other brands of digital cameras.
