I have been looking for the perfect stand to use with my iPhone and now I am not looking anymore. It is perfect to use when I want to show friends and family my photo slideshows. I also found the Tiko stand to be the solution to hold my iPhone on airplanes when I watch a movie during one of many flights each month. I have tried many other iPhone stands but find this one is best suited for my needs. I give it the highest rating.

Having purchased several stands ranging in price from $3.99 to just under $50.00, this stand is the only one that I have since ordered more of.
In fact, I've placed two separate orders for a total of five more of them. That way, I can have one in my backpack, one on the nightstand beside the bed, the wife has one at work and that still leaves a few to give as gifts for some of our gadget loving friends and family.
The stand is very stable and works equally well in portrait or landscape mode. We use them with our iPhones 3Gs and iPod Touches. The stand works great whether we have them in a case or not.
I purchased black Tiko stands but they have other colors as well (green, orange and white).
I chose the black because I felt that it would blend better with the iPhones and iPod Touches visually.
Shipping was very prompt and arrived quickly.
This is a simple, cost effective way to have a stand for every place you might want one. I'm quite satisfied with my Tiko stand and will certainly be ordering more of them.

I help my iPhone for almost an hour to watch a video on a recent trip. After hitting the Apple store and finding out that nothing was available to help me I was about to make a stand out of aluminum for my iPhone. I found this on Amazon and the problem was solved. It packs flat and slips out of the way in a carry on bag.
When I needed it, it pops up and holds my iPhone at the perfect (adjustable) angle for easy viewing. Could not be a better design- thanks!

This is the best of the pocketable stands for the iPhone & similar devices. It fits comfortably in the pocket yet opens to hold the phone securely at a variety of angles. If it supports at an angle you like it is near perfect. Complaints about flimsiness as well as comparisons with heavy or bulky stands that are not pocketable or even portable are absurd. I thought this stand had possibilities by its product description and from its mostly positive reviews. I have subsequently learned to be more skeptical of both. As it turns out, I do agree with one reviewer who commented that the item was over-priced for what it is: a hard plastic cut-out that, while compact when folded, is limited by its minimal folding angles. Because of the hard plastic material, repeated use of one's iPod Touch (in my instance) could subject the unit to scratching unless it is in its own protective case. If you like to use your Touch for watching movies without draining the battery, the Tiko accommodates horizontal viewing while plugged into the unit's charger and allows the use of headphones. If used in the vertical position you are out of luck. It does not elevate the unit to accommodate a charger or earphone plug-in. The reviewer I cited also has a valid point about the limited viewing angles. I believe the furthest back the Tiko leans is about 60 degrees, too upright while trying to view the Touch close-up while seated at a table. For me, the stand that has everything going for it is the Podium. While the price is considerably more, the Podium elevates the Touch, gives it virtually unlimited viewing angles, is heavier and has protective coatings that will not mar your unit's body. Oh, and it's sharp looking as well. It is not a travel stand, however.
