 Love the BlackBerry charging cradle November 11, 2009

I got two; one for home and one for work. The battery in the Storm goes flat very quickly and this helps solve that problem. Mine is in the cradle whenever I'm not using it. The cradle is attractive and the device fits into it easily, is kept at a convenient angle and functions as a clock, albeit a pretty expensive one. I'm pleased with my purchase and with the price.

The product was indicated as new but it is apparent from its condition that it is not. It works ok and for what I need it is fine. I do feel mislead though.
It was also shipped without documentation.
 BB 9530 Cradle - Poorly constructed - Does not work well at all! October 28, 2009

The Blackberry Storm 9530 cradle is poorly manufactured and designed. This is one of the poorest performing items I have ever bought. Simply put, it does not work as advertised. The plug in at the back of the cradle is designed so flimsily that the USB cord must be jiggled around to make a connection with the cradle. Once there is a connection, it does not remain secure. Any movement breaks the connection and I wake up with a low power phone. This device is a piece of junk and not worth purchasing at any price.
