Work great, the buttons take a little getting used to but since theres only the power, + Vol, and - Vol, its not that hard. After an hour or 2 they start to irritate your ears, but they wont fall off your ears very easily.

I just got this gadget (Mororola S305 Bluetooth Headphones) yesterday and tried it out immediately. First, you need a tool...namely a pair of scissors to get the headphones out of the packaging. BE CAREFUL TO NOT CUT YOURSELF ON THE PLASTIC PACKAGING!!! Next, read the instructions to power-up the battery. It took about 15-20 minutes for the little light to turn green meaning the headphones were ready for use. While waiting for the headphones to power-up I read the instructions and, once ready, I paired them to my iPod (32gb 3rd gen) and had absolutely no problems (I just love it when things go as advertised). Finally, I tried them out with music. They work! Let me be clear on that...THEY WORK! I placed my iPod on the computer desk and walked down the hallway to my bedroom which is about 50 feet away (with all the twists and turns) and had no break in the music. I haven't tried to pair the set with my cellphone and doubt I will but, for music and movies all the controls work just fine...pause, volume up, volume down, etc. As far as fit, they work just fine for me...and I wear glasses too.
So why didn't I give five stars? Well, the quality of sound is slightly on the tinny side but thats resolved by setting my iPod equalizer to Loudness or Bass Booster. Also, when I took my dog for a walk I placed the iPod in my left front jeans pocket and when I turned my head to the extreme right the music stopped for a second or two but then resumed. This indicated to me there was a communication break between the headphones and the iPod. I resolved the problem by putting the iPod in my right front jeans pocket and the break ceased. I guess the receiver is located in the right earphone.
Overall I'd recommend this Stereo Bluetooth set of headphones to anyone. They work as advertised and it sure is nice not having a cord to get trapped and/or snagged on something. This is money well spent and I hope this helps in you in deciding.
Big Improvement over S9. Needs one modification. November 16, 2009

I have used my Motorola S9 headset for the last year and those have big drawbacks. I bought the S305 last week and this headset is a big improvement! They are more comfortable to wear and the sound is much better. As a phone headset they are the best of any that I have tried.
There is one big problem with the headset. Out of the box the volume slider button rattles when you move. It was pretty annoying. Putting a very small amount of Elmer's glue into the small gap beside the button fixed the problem. The button still works but the thin layer of glue provides a cushion that keeps it from rattling. I don't know how it made it out of Motorola with that defect but the fix is easy enough.
I was concerned about the buttons on the black part of the headset that control functions such as Play/Pause. Those turn out to be easier to find than the volume slider. Also the On/Off button has the indicator light built in so that you can't see the light when you are pushing the button which is stupid but not a big deal.
These headsets definitely have much better reception than the S9's. They don't cut out at all. Now if they could just design a pair that folded up into something you could put in your pocket I would be all set.

I bought this for my iPod Touch G2 with v3.1 firmware. It works great for music, but the Touch doesn't recognize the mic in the S305.
Beginning with v3.0, the Touch included an audio input for voice-memos, but apparently only works if you plug a mic into the phone jack.
However, with that limitation, it is sure nice to go wireless. I can leave the Touch in my pocket, backpack, or sitting on my desk, and I can move around the office 20 ft or so and still have connectivity.
I prefer something a bit more substantial than ear-buds, but I have a big noggin, and many of the behind-the-ear headphones don't fit all that well. Although it takes some getting used to, I found that these headphones are comfortable to wear.
I rated it a 5 star as the mic limitation is a problem with the Touch - not the headset.
Great for low budget wireless November 13, 2009

Not perfect, but absolutely worth my $40. I initially bought them for my morning walks, and they score a 5+ for eliminating the wire tangle I used to deal with. There are occasionally skips, particularly after a sudden move or jostle, but for the most part a good connection is maintained. I wish I could crank them a bit louder, as walking near heavy traffic can drown out softer tunes. I work from home and am on the phone 20-30 hours a week, and now use my Motorokr for most of that time, as they are more comfortable than my other headsets. Pairing with my Blackjack II was easy, works well with both music and phone. My co-workers report that they can hear me clearly with the built in microphone.
Pros: Comfortable, light, wireless, easy to use, inexpensive
Cons: Occasional skip, could use more volume
Pros far outweigh the cons at this price.
