Some people may not be as fanatical about wanting to see their little house episodes in order like I do. But if you are a truly devoted fan, as I am, then you may be put out by the fact that the episodes aren't in order on season 3 disk one. If you hit "play all" at least two of the episodes are very noticeably out of order even to just a casual viewer. I'm not yet certain if this occurs on other disks, since I just chose the episodes I wanted to watch, but I wouldn't be surprised if it does. Yet another error by a company who chose to trim down the episodes to a shorter length. Even with poor editing it's still better than not having any episodes at all, if it's an important series to you. My five star rating is for the series in general, and not how it's presented by the company that put out these disks.

I'm watching an episode of Little House on the Prairie each day as I cycle my six miles (in 30 minutes!) on my recumbent bike. What a gentle good person Michael Landon was. I cried five times during the first episode of Little House,memories of raising my two children mixed with the emotions of the drama. You couldn't have a better father figure than Michael Landon.Now I actually look forward to my time exercising.Thank goodness Little House ran for a good number of years!
