This Porter-Cable generator is powered by a 9 HP Honda OHV engine. | The Porter-Cable 5,500-watt generator features a Porter-Cable advanced alternator design, with no brushes to change, rugged all-metal construction, ball bearings for long life, and rubber isolators for reduced vibration. With a seven-gallon fuel tank, this generator provides up to 13.4 hours of runtime at 50 percent load, and 8.7 hours at full load. Other features include an idle control for fuel savings and noise reduction, a convenient hour meter for maintenance scheduling, a fuel gauge, lift kit, and a full power selector switch for maximum 120 VAC motor starting. The generator includes a 120 VAC GFCI Duplex outlet, one 120 VAC twistlock, and one 20-240 VAC twistlock.
