Ordered the motor a few weeks back. Recevied the motor in excelent condition. Being a novice on electrical wiring I called their customer service department and recevied directions on what to do. After I got the motor working I realized that the motor rotation need to be reversed for my application. I wrote an e-mail this time to their customer service department and received instructions in less and 30 minutes. Made the changes and everything is working great. Just wish the motor did not cost that much but the Grizzly with my specs was the cheapest I could find (tax and shipping factored in) on the internet.
