The Credenza Plug-In Lamp Dimmer with night light is a convenient dimmer for table and floor lamps. The Credenza lamp dimmer makes it easy to turn lights on and off without reaching under the lampshade. Select your light level with the slider; move slider up to increase light level, down to decrease light level. Turn lights on/off at the bottom of slider. Credenza also has a night light that glows softly helping you find the dimmer in the dark. The Credenza Plug-In Lamp Dimmers has its own cord, so no installation is needed. LoveloveLOVE my corded lamp dimmers! I put them in spa rooms (as in massage & treatment rooms), around my home, and even give them as gifts.
I'm a true Fan of ambient lighting~ and not only does this product offer that perfectly, but saves energy as well!
If the dimmer isn't being used on the floor, I use some 3M hook & loop tape (also a fabulous thing) & attach it to the side or under a table, to the wall, etc. Extremely handy.
I use them not only for Every Single Light I own, but also it's perfect for light branches, as well.
If you've never seen light branches, you're in for a treat. Amazing invention. So far there's only 1 company on Amazon I see that sells them, but if you surf the web, you'll see all Sorts of designs of lighted twigs that look like pussy willows, cherry blossoms, orchids, etc.

This is an amazingly easy way to create a dimmer light. Just plug your lamp into this and you have a dimmer! Got it for my 3-year-old's room because she was insisting on leaving the light on at bedtime (scared of the dark) and I didn't want it to be so bright. This works great because I can adjust the lighting to just the right dimness. Then I go in later and slide it all the way off. Very easy - and she can do it easily herself too.

I didn't even know these existed until I ran across one in the store. It does create a very slight hum at lower settings which I can barely hear just two feet away away. I can see how handy this would be in the bedroom. I like it!

I have one of these on the side of my bed for my lamp and for my infant son's room. Perfect for not blinding my husband! I also bought one for my disabled mother who cannot reach up to turn on a lamp. She adores it and it gives her a touch of independence! The only issue I have is there is a SLIGHT hum that emits from the unit when placed on a flat surface. I often have to place it on the side to reduce the noise.
