These wall-mounted controllers including a version with scene lighting macro capability fit into standard wallboxes and replace regular switches to provide remote ON/OFF switching, dimming and scene lighting control. Best of all, they use the existing wiring that's already in your home (120V AC 60Hz) to add multi-location switching without a complicated and costly re-wiring process. These Leviton DHC Controllers transmit X10/PLC signals that can turn lights ON or OFF, DIM or BRIGHTEN lighting, select lighting macros, or turn ALL LIGHTS ON or OFF. Plus, two-way communication permits each unit to display a change of status (when a controlled 2-way device is controlled locally).
