Just like every other person that works for a living I shopped around until I found the best deal. I took a chance on these and installed them in the bedroom and bathroom. They work perfect and were very easy to install. Add Amazon's great shipping rates and you can't go wrong.

Great dimmer switch. I installed this in our theater/entertainment room. I love the double-tap to make it go full brightness. I love the delayed off for exiting the long room so I can still see and get upstairs, esp after watching a scary movie :). Highly recommend.

This dimmer works great! It's intuitive and easy to use, and it looks great too.
Don't believe the reviewers who claim this dimmer won't save energy. Being somewhat skeptical about those claims I used a Kill-A-Watt (P3 International P4460 Kill A Watt EZ Electricity Usage Monitor) to measure the energy consumed by a 40W light bulb connected to this dimmer, and there's no doubt it reduces energy use. Significantly too, if you dim more than just a little bit.
Does it reduce energy use by as much as Lutron claims? Will it extend the life of your light bulbs as mush as they claim? Who knows... but it will reduce your energy bill and look good doing so :)

This met all my needs and more. I had a 3 way set up with no dim controlling 7 overhead cans.
- Simple to install with no change in wiring.
- Fades up to your last lighting level. This adds life to bulbs to fade up rather than instant full current.
- With accessory (looks the same) in the second location I can dim from either place. (can't do that with standard dimmers)
It has more features but those are the ones that I use on a daily basis. Now that I've had them for a couple months, I'll be switching the kitchen over (3 location 3way)

I love this dimmer. I know a little bit about the technology used in dimmers and they do save energy!! I have the Maestro dimmer in almost every location in my house and love all the advanced features Lutron programmed into the design.
