Antholz (Nebraska, USA) I was extremely excited to see this product. I work in a school answering the phone, and my cord was tangled constantly. I received the detangler and immediately put it to good use. However, about a month after I started using it, my phone started cutting out while I was using it. I was able to remedy the problem with a jiggle of the cord, but still it was annoying. So I left negative feedback for the seller. This prompted them to contact me, and ultimately issue me a refund, no questions asked. I was EXTREMELY impressed by this customer service, and intend to order a new detangler very soon. not what expected   August 28, 2006 A.
