I am not an electrician but I have no idea how these are useful to anybody. They look like they would pull through the loop, zip to where you want them and lock in place. They don't. The cable just loosely moves back and forth in and out of the loop part. I don't get it. I bought these to attach a board to an antique banister so we could install a baby safety gate. Now they're just going in the recycling.
