I recommend the Fluke T+ PRO tester. Since I received it I have absolutely loved it. It's accurate, the low impedance no ghost voltage is great(and works as advertised). Other testers don't go down to 12 volts whereas this one does. Continuity checker as well as ohm-meter are great. The only thing I would have liked to have seen is the ohm-meter going higher than 10K ohms. Other than that it is an excellent meter.

This is an excellent tester, particularly the phase rotation feature.
However, it can be improved by installing a magnetic strip on the back of the unit so that it can be attached to metal surfaces.
Finally, I do find it a bit unforgiveable that the tester doesn't come with a (well fitting)storage pouch or case. You either have to buy the over-sized Fluke case, or go with something aftermarket.
