I do not know why they did this to a regular customer like me. First I placed this order on Oct. 4th and received it on 14th; that was too long for this kind of item (You will buy this breaker when you really need it.). I did try to cancel this item next day, however, their web site did not allow me to (when you want to cancel an item, you will know--it was a lie--they did not really have a web page for cancellation.), so only thing I can do was to wait (this item you can buy at Home Depot for 39.99 new, packed, and you get it immediately). Then I received this item 10 days later. This is the most unacceptable part of all. I paid this price for a new item and with my trust; nevertheless, I received an opened and used item, but this is not the all, it was also broken. You may ask why I do not want to return this item? Read their return policy and you will know why. Also, if I have time to do returning, why didn't I buy a new one at Home Depot in the first place? I am willing to share a photo of this used and broken piece, but they do not have a channel for showing images. But, believe me, do not buy this item! They lied.
