Arrived in timely manner. Found it cheaper on another site after I purchased. Called the company and they credited the difference to me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Used it on the kitchen floor, thought it would heat tiles that didn't have it directly underneath. I was wrong. But I laid it under the heavy traffic tiles and those stay nice and warm.
