This stretch cord was available at a low per foot price + decent function = good value buy. Only "problem" we had using it for our application was the outside would fray when trying to lace a fresh-cut end through multiple grommets/eyelets. The fraying can be minimized by first "searing" the cut end with flame from a lighter, though -- and from the low price we paid, we knew we did not pay for "no-fray" winding.
