Good Intercom... but, video sometimes is intermittent. March 24, 2008

This is a great system when everything is working, but, the video monitor
is sometimes intermittent. The voice portion of the intercom always seems
to work well and is effective at identifying the visitor even without the
video.
I used this system in conjunction with a remote controlled door lock on
the front door of an elderly person with a walking disability. This
person is now able to answer the door without getting up.
