I bought this for my elderly mother, she LOVES it. It is a bit bigger than I expected, though. It's easy to see from way across the room and also acts as sort of nightlight. It would be great for memory or vision issues.

My wife and I are both extremely pleased with this clock!
We have it on a wall in our kitchen where it can also be seen from our livingroom and hall. Big numbers and letters are readily legible. "Day" and "Date" features are a blessing for us oldsters. I personally do not think it would be too bright for a bedroom.
Would highly reccomend this clock!

We purchased this LED Calendar Clock for my 92 year old father, who suffers from macular degeneration. He recently bought a new watch so that he could easily tell time, but he still couldn't see a calendar well. He is very pleased to now know the day and date without having to seek assistance. The product was such a good idea that we didn't wait until Christmas.

My Mother is 89 and this was by far the BEST gift I've given her over the past 10 years. She couldn't remember the Day or the Month over 10 minutes and was driving her crazy. (Me too!)
I read all the wonderful reviews of other elderly folks in the same situation and that's all it took to convince me.
I really don't have any issues with this clock as it works extremely well.
If I could give it 6 stars, I would! I would highly recommend this to any family facing the same problem with their elderly parent.
