This headset is just okay. The volume on this one doesn't go high enough to hear clearly when there's noise in the background.

I have tried a few headsets and this one far exceeds the others I have tried. Sound quality is very good, durability is excellent, and it is comfortable. This works great with my cordless home phone as well as my cell phone (motorola tracfone).

Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase and it does seem to be a reasonably good headset. It all works as advertised and is comfortable to wear for long periods. The only minor gripe I have is that the plug is a 2.5mm mini-stereo which, of course, is necessary to work with the Panasonic phone that I bought it for. Since many stereo plugs on other devices are the larger 3.5mm, I would like to have seen that size used on the phone and this headset. That way, this headset could possibly be used on other devices.
