Customer Reviews: BOSS Pont Deck Clamp   May 26, 2009 Sam Mashburn (Knoxville, TN) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful I bought it to use on some composite deck baords with hidden groove type fastners (Phantom II). The fastners required some extra pressure to get the correct spacing. These clamps really worked well. Make sure you get more than 1 since the pressure is transmitted by a narrow pipe clamp bar (1.5" wide) you will likely find it easier to use 2 clamps spaced some distance apart. I reccomend using this with actual Pony clamps since my Craftsman clamps did not have the same dimensions the BOSS fitting tended to pull up.
