Product Description Power in home/shop or from vehicle charger Automatically shuts off when deswired pressure is reached Fast and Powerful for inflation of household and shop items A storage solution that is convenient with on-board simplicity Easy to storage can be used to inflate any car tire
Amazon.com Review Running back and forth to the gas station to fill up car and bike tires, lawnmower wheels, boat trailers, and all those things that tend to go flat in the off season can get, well, tiresome. Cut out the back and forth with Black & Decker's air station inflator. This handy unit plugs into any 120 volt outlet in the shop, or garage to quickly and conveniently pump up sports balls, tires, air mattresses and more. It also plugs into auto cigarette lighters and doesn't take up much space in the car, boat, or camper for inflating sleeping pads and tires. The inflator easily inflates tires up to 200 psi. And, there's no more guessing when the tire is filled to capacity. The inflator is equipped with Black & Decker's EZ air dial that automatically shuts off once you've hit the desired psi. Convenient on-board cord, needle, and hose storage keeps all the goods in one place so that you don't have to hunt down the needle to take care of that hard-to-bounce basketball. --Brian D. Olson What's in the Box Standard tire nozzle, needle inflator, extension nozzle.

Black & Decker Air Station January 8, 2009 Catherine Lestage (Attica, Mi) I purchased a Black & Decker Air Station as a Christmas gift for my son. Since he was always borrowing ours I knew that he would love it and he did! It arrived within four days after I placed the order. The air station has so many uses. It is great for inflating tires and childrens toys. Because it is small and compact it is easy to handle. We have one for several years and use it all the time.
Great product. January 8, 2009 Carl A. Wisnesky Fills auto tires a lot faster than the combo air compressor/light products. The gauge is accurate within 1 lb. Only improvement I would recommend would be a gauge that goes up in increments of 1 or 2 lbs of pressure. For example, it is only by luck that one can get exactly 43 psi on a gauge that goes up in increments of 10. I have an older model air station and its gauge went up in increments of 2 psi per line. With that I could get 42psi or 43psi exactly with ease and no guessing. The auto stop is a nice feature when filling a tire requiring a lot of air, such as a truck tire needing 80psi. Just set the dial, start it up, and walk away to do something else while the tire fills. When you return later, the tire is full and the compressor has shut down. This is a great product which could be perfect with a more accurate gauge increment.
Black and Decker ASI3000 Air Station Inflator January 7, 2009 Mike Wilson This pump works fast and on 12v or 120v. It has a pressure based shut-off so you can set the desired pressure and leave rather than constantly checking. A good pump.
Nearly a decade over 80 January 6, 2009 Franklyn E. Dailey Jr. (Alpharetta, GA, USA) Joining The War At Sea 1939 - 1945We moved, and I left my tire inflator restricted to 12V behind. Winter came and the space under my instrument panel said, "Low tire pressure." At a gas station, paid 50 cents and bent down to inflate tires. One tire inflated, and device demanded another 50 cents! Gave that up and searched Amazon for inflators. Decided on the Black and Decker. One reviewer did not like the automatic cutoff when indicated pressure was reached, but I liked that feature, so I bought the Black & Decker. Have used it on 120V in my garage and it worked fine. Next test will be a 12 volt road test. Human factors are good in this neat package. Works on bikes too.
Air Station Inflator January 6, 2009 Emily J. Houston What a terrific item. Got this for my husband for Christmas and he was surprised by the quality. It works great too. Have used it on an automobile tire and works as it was supposed to. Would recommend one of these in each home.
