Tell someone you like about this timesaving device! October 4, 2009 Paul Lambert (Western Massachusetts) This is now a permanent addition to my primary handyman tool bag. It puts my old pry bars to shame and the ability to pull nails where the heads had stripped is a real attribute. Nice sharp (careful!) pry end enables getting behind material and I also bought the 10-Inch model as they work as a great team to move along trim and such to remove trim and such without breaking anything.
satified customer July 20, 2009 Allen K. Zurney (NW , Pa.) I really like this prybar. I'm not going to loan it out , That's for sure.
Nope, This Is Not The One July 31, 2008 W. Phillips (Maine) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is made in China and is not as thin and finely tapered as the original Japanese version.
It's OK, but it's a BIG disappointment if you were looking for the original. At this price it should be the gen-u-ine article, Made In Japan!
Very useful July 28, 2008 S.J.C. (Illinois) Extremely thin pry par gets into places others will not. Easy to fit in tool box.
A must for any finish carpenter's toolbelt June 12, 2008 John Collins (Limerick Ireland) Having worked in the Usa for five years, sadly i only discovered this wonerful tool on my fourth Year. What a tool. I even honed mine further with my belt sander clamped to my bench with 400 grit sandpaper facing me, i was able to take the nicks and scratches of a few years of abuse on the curved end of the belt while getting an even sharper edge. Ideal for the removal of trim and casing without leaving a mark. Ideal as a scraper, and go's anywhere you might not send a good chisel. now that im back home in Ireland Im probably the only guy in this country that has one. So you can be sure I dont lend it to anyone. Top jap quality at a bargain price. Foxy Limerick Ireland. I would like to hear from other like minded craftsperson's email me at foxyinboston@gmail.com
