The HP-7 Shoulder Plane looks and works differently than European-based designs. The finger recesses and the polished stainless steel handle combine to allow the plane to work upright or horizontally on either side (also known as shooting). The HP-7 requires no tools to adjust the mouth, iron, depth, or to lock the iron in place.
