I received my 1st bad ZillaTool in mid-October. The logo stamp in the Zytel scale was blurred and the wire cutting jaws didn't meet. I paid postage for a warranty return. I received my 1st Zilla-Tool warranty replacement 7 weeks later. The back of the blade wasn't ground to properly engage the split liner lock. I fired back a nastigram to the QA folks at CRKT requesting assurance of a good product before spending more postage for a 2nd return. On the phone, CRKT Operations Manager Patrick Gottsch told me to keep the 2nd defective Zilla-Tool and assured me he would send a quality replacement. I received a 3rd defective Zilla-Tool on 12/10/2007. One side of the cutting jaws has a broken edge. The collectible rating of NIB has a new low.
