After buying 2 of these, one had a grommet problem (not snapped on both sides)..called there customer service to advise them and they INSISTED they send me another replacement at no charge and to keep the old one..nice professional people..In our area of high winds and snow, time will nor tell the tale, but customer service is great

Excellent tarp--no complaints except that it's VERY thick and hard to fold the loose ends under the tent, but that's my only gripe about it. Otherwise, worth it's weight in gold!

We primarily use this tarp under our very large tent and are very satisfied. It is both heavy and strong. It is waterproof and easy to clean, refold and store. It is just perfect for this use. I shopped for quality and price before I ordered this tarp and was very satisfied with this choice. I also liked that it was not a bright yellow or orange, as some are. Colorwise it blends in with the outdoors.

Purchased this to use as a groundcloth for a new tent. It is larger and thicker than the tarps I find at the local hardware stores, so I'm pleased. One corner grommet was loose, but I don't use them, so no loss for me.
