We love this fan/light - it looks great in our bathroom and is extremely quiet. We did have an issue with the glass arriving cracked and Value Brothers went out of their way to make sure that the issue was resolved to our satisfaction.

I bought one of these at Lowes and it was so noisy I thought it was defective. I removed it (a huge hassle), took it back and bought another identical one. Not as bad as the first, but still very loud. It's too bad that these things make such a racket, because they are by far the nicest looking, non-plasticky fans I've seen.

What a wonderful deal on a great fan/light combo. Extremely quiet, easy to install and a nice accent fan/light where there aren't a whole lot of options in oil rubbed bronze. Would certainly recommend.
Great Value / Quiet Fan December 30, 2007

I have the brushed nickel version of this unit- purchased at Lowes. I replaced a Nutone-Broan unit that was a severe dissapointment in my master bath. The Hunter feels much more solid, is considerably more quiet, and has lasted much longer than my "other brand" units. I plan to replace all of my failing and failed units in my house with Hunter.
