 very hard to return item after you bought it August 11, 2009

I ordered online. Then, I received an email saying we had to wait another a few days before it was shipped out. We could not wait that long and found it at a local store and bought one. Then I called and sent email to cancel our order. Vender was very reluctant to cancel our order. They told us we had to wait until we got it and then call them again to get return number. After we got it and called them, they said we had to pay 15% restocking fee plus return shipment fee. End up, we kept it.

The product was fine but the delivery was slow. I had to buy a thermostat locally to replace my vent motor which I received within two days. It took over a week to get the thermostat. I did return it and received a refund. It did cost me the return postage.

Altho I have not installed the "adjustable thermostat" yet it is exacitly what I need for the replacement. The service was very quick and accurate.

This is the perfect thermostat for my home theater system. It is fully adjustable and easy to install.
It cost less than half of what other audio/video thermostats sell for, and works great!
I don't know about attic fans, but I would sure recomend this product for home entertainment cabinet cooling applications.

Amazon came through again. This in line thermostat works great and it is easy to set. I am using it to automatically control an exhaust fan in my audio visual equipment closet.
