Probably cheaper to have a commercial company and spray the insulation. I used the Froth-pak 180 to spray my rim-joist boxes. I had 97 lineal feet to spray. The instructions recommend to only spray a 1 inch depth which seemed to expand to 2-3 inches. I never made it all the way around -- ran out of the product and that was at the 1 inch level. Wear gloves, safety glasses even if you wear glasses, gloves and breathing mask. I brought the empty tanks to the dump and they said to put them in the trash - no special disposal.
