great quality, keeps your wood pile dry! November 22, 2009 J. Haggard (Nashville, TN) With the looming cold and rain coming this winter in nashville I purchased this tarp to cover my wood pile outside so we had nice dry firewood. This tarp is made very well, I can't comment on the quality of the grommets used to anchor the tarp down as I use truck straps and have the tarp over the wood and the straps around the stack as sort of a "belt" to keep the tarp on. When I need wood I take the straps off and remove the tarp, all the wood appears to be dry each time so I know it works. A few times it rained I noticed puddle sitting in the pockets where the tarp wasn't taught which shows it's ability to repel water, rather then the puddle slowly leaking through they will sit until the water evaporates. This tarp is really built well and works perfectly for my needs. plus for the price, it's the best deal I could find anywhere.
It's a tarp November 2, 2009 Jeremy Haile (Atlanta, GA USA) Very thick and durable. It's a tarp, so not too much to say. We used it underneath our tent for camping and it worked quite well!
Holding up great so far! October 8, 2009 Elaine Wilson (Manassas, Virginia) I thought this would turn out to be more tarp than I needed. I have a 7x9 Coleman four-man tent, and this 10x12 tarp is exactly the right size to go under the whole tent plus give me a generous entrance/exit area. I always stake it down at all four corners, independently from the tent.
Memorial Day weekend 2009 I was at a bluegrass festival that was hit by a near-hurricane-level storm. Tents and tarps went flying all over the place, and most everyone lost their gear. Not me. This tarp stayed put, the tent on top of it was unharmed, and despite being battered by wind and debris, all it got was muddy. Cheaper tarps and groundcloths at nearby campsites were torn to shreds.
Good quality and great value! September 14, 2009 C. Barnes (Carriere, MS) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Excellent tarp....very good quality and it was priced well. Actually it was a better tarp at a cheaper price than what Home Depot offers.
Fairly Durable November 19, 2008 eshopper (San Francisco, CA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Not intended for years and years of outdoor exposure. It works just fine for our needs. We replace it every couple of years. Price is right.
No complaints, really.
