I work in a basement of a hospital and have always struggled with no natural lighting and the winter season is worse because I suffered with SAD but this light makes everything better: More focused, more awake and when I get home I don't just get up on the couch and call it a day because I have energy left over and I give all the credit to Verilux Natural Specturm HappyLite.
