Great Fan! November 11, 2009 Ronald V (Cypress, TX United States) Don't let the 30" size fool you. This fan moves a lot of air for it's small size. I purchased this fan to accommodate a vaulted ceiling in a 13' x 13' room with 9' ceiling. The hardware to mount the blades to the motor is in the housing accessible throught the light fixture.
Little ceiling fan September 11, 2009 Sue Hickok (TR, SC) Love, love, love this little fan!! Wish I had bought it years ago. We placed it in our upstairs hallway for extra air circulation. Don't think we have turned it off since we put it up.
Looks wonderful, no problems at all.
horrible installation situation August 6, 2009 Stephanie Penn 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This fan is cute and works fine, pretty quiet, not too wobbly but a real nightmare to instal by yourself. Hanging it and wiring it was no problem, the nightmare began when I put the blades on as it was hanging. You really need a 90 degree angle screwdriver and some needlenosed pliers with a gripping surface or you will suffer horrible frustration and ultimately fail. There are ventilation holes in the housing diabolically positioned so your screws fall into them and cannot be recovered without taking the whole damned thing down and shaking it upside down.
Good luck.
Turbo Fan June 25, 2009 Cynthia L. Craft-mueller (Granite City, Illinois United States) Thanks for asking how this product worked out for me. The fan is quiet and moves a lot of air in a small room. The delivery was quick - the hardest part was getting an electrician to install it!!
Solid, sturdy fan for the money, easy install! May 14, 2009 Hubba Bubba (Brooklyn, OH) I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this fan. We put it up in our 2 year old daughter's very small bedroom and it works great. My husband had it assembled and installed in about an hour. The blades go on after you get the housing up. There is one opening you use to install all the blades. After one is up, then you swing it around for the next one, etc.
There are reviews on this fan in another color that the man took apart the motor from the light fixture. Why, I don't know. If you follow the instructions, it is a very easy fan to install. It does make a little noise but my daughter loves the background hum to fall asleep. It does put out a lot of air for a small fan. Buy it! You won't be disappointed.
