Worked well. Was easy to hang up. I;ve used shrink wrap before and the tape either didn't stick to the wall or the plastic. Did not have any problems.
When you dry it real tight it is as clear as the window. Great product.

I purchased this film for my patio door. The film was easy to install, even without a blow dryer. I love it. I love the tape that came with it, it was much better and easier to use. I will use this film next year for my bedroom windows, as well.
Careful with the heat gun February 3, 2009

I put this on a huge wall of single pane windows in my house. My gas bill dropped 25%, which is just what the computer model said it should. This stuff just works. It's not 100% crystal clear, but it's better than I would have imagined. I found the tape needed some real pressing to get it to stick, but I don't want tape that is too strong, ripping the paint off when removing -- I like it.
I blew a hole in it with the heat gun. Learn from my mistake and do lots of light, fast passes with the heat gun. If you dwell in one place too long, you can melt the plastic.

I usally get this product every winter to do my windows and patio doors. This year I had to hunt very hard to find it and even had to order the patio door plastic on-line. After using this product this year I have found that the tape does not work very well this time. I have had to redo just about every window and patio door that I put it on this time. I was not pleased with the product this year at all. I hope you will let them know how bad this product is this time.

I've tried these things before and the plastic/tape won't stay stuck to the window. This works. Make sure you use the alcohol wipes first!!
