Does not stand up well to use, mop head falls apart, and customer service is lousy. We don't need to make house cleanning any more irritating, do we? Stay away from this product.

This mop is great. Cleans the floor and it dries in about 5 minutes. I use to wait a long time for the floor to dry. I would definitely purchase another.
