Barbie car broken?? Something of your daughters that needs mending? Just want to be silly? Want you need is PINK duct (or duck) tape and that is what this is. Very Pink and Very Loud duct/duck tape. It fits the repair the Barbie house/car/camper/bed/Etc,Etc.. for me.

This tape is perfect for (quack!) "duck" tape art and though it is slightly less sturdy than the regular old silver stuff, it is easier to tear off if you don't have scissors handy. My family has a rainbow of colors and the kids have gone crazy making saddles for toy horses, a raincoat for the cat, and even some very lovely roses. (The secret is to cover a wooden skewer with green for the stem, then layer on petals and leaves.) Duct tape is great for making hats, jewelry, wallets, purses, and even prom attire! Just google "stuck at the prom" for some stunning examples! And oh yes, it's good for patching stuff up too. We used it on a soft car-top storage bag that was torn apart by the wind, and it held up all the way from New Jersey to Florida beautifully.

Ditto to the previous review. I found the remainder of a roll of this tape at a garage sale and knew it would be handy for marking tools. I've gotten very disappointed in the stuff that passes for Duct tape these days. The cheap crap that never tears cleanly, leaves gummy residue all over everything and sticks to itself more than anything else. When its critical, I use Gaffers' tape but at $25 a roll, it's not for everyday use. Good tape at $16 is reasonable and the screaming color has its' uses. This is the real, old fashioned Duct tape under the 'Duck' brand name.
BTW - It gets it name from the original 'Duct' Tape use in the HVAC industry for sealing the the joints in sheet metal ductwork for heating & ventilating.

As a guy, normally I would not buy anything in this color, but I found it has several practical uses. When travelling I mark all my luggages w/ a pink "X" and it is so easy to find. I wrap various garden tools w/ a small strip of this pink tape so I know it's mine if my neighbor borrows it. In other words, this color stands out. If you need tape that's bright and noticeable(remember it's a bright pink), this is for you.
It is also a good quality tape. Very strong with good adhesion and tears cleanly without using scissors. 5 stars for quality, and 5 stars if you want a bright obnoxious color.
