Owners'Manual, for me, a bit hard to figure out. Was better able to program some features intuitively. Have not been able to figure out some features, such as programming phone numbers into memory. Has excellent range in my two story townhouse. Battery charge lasts a surprisingly long time. Love that I can now retrieve my messages on the second handset, without having to traipse upstairs like with the old answering machine. I am one of those "older persons" with little technical ability, but I can use this phone easily. The large printouts are great and the buttons are comfortable. The message voice is easy to understand. I would recommend this phone to anyone. Raskin (New Jersey) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful There are only two problems. First is that there is a slight background noise on the phones (sort of like the ocean is a mile away.) Second, the voice caller ID pronounces names so strangely that it is difficult to understand who is calling. I am getting used to the odd pronunciations but had to change a few names in the memory so that they are spelled phonetically. It pronounced "Grace" as "grah-say!"
