OK PRODUCT   June 16, 2009 Tacia (Phoenix AZ) Product came on time and was well protected and intact. My only complaint is the ink or paint used on the case rubbed off. I had pink all over my hands, on my ear and it even got on my clothes. I then purchased a red one (froma different vendor) and it is perfect and has a very soft feel.
