The weaves in this pattern are tighter and closer, exposing more of the Grasscloth fiber's natural color than the background. Introduced in France in the 18th Century, Grasscloth today is more popular than ever! Using natural reed, jute, and arrowroot fibers, Grasscloths are perfectly suitable for the most traditional or contemporary design environments. To clean, gently wash with a damp cloth. A pre-mixed non-staining vinyl adhesive is recommended for installation.
