I ordered one of these from Amazon.com from a Deborah Sales,
after watching Brian Santos use one at a local home show, thinking I was getting the 10-in-one tool pictured.
Instead I got a little 2 1/2 inch paint can opener that looked NOTHING like the photo or what I
knew to be the great 10-in-one-tool. It was a short tool that resembled a sardine can
opener. I didn't notice that it said "2.5 inches" because I just looked at the photo and knew
it was like the one used by Brian. Of course, the real 10-in-One tool is longer than 2.5 inches!
What's up with this photo not being representative of what is really sent to me?
No wonder they were only 11 cents apiece.

You're going to think I work for Shur-Line or Home and Garden TV but I don't. I'm just an average Joe that's doing the usual 'honey-dos' around the house on weekends.
This is one of those amazingly versatile tools that come along every once and awhile. Once you've used it, you'll never paint without it.
It works great as a scraper and putty knife, nail puller, can opener, wall scorer, screwdriver (flat and Phillips head), light hammer, roller cleaner and some other things.
I was introduced to it by "Wall Wizard" Brian Santos from Home and Garden TV. As an aside, if you are doing ANY painting around the house I highly recommend you watch the free videos on his website:

Do you know you why you should NEVER dip a brush into a can of paint? How would like to really clean a paint brush or roller in just seconds? Why you should breath INTO a can of paint before you close it? Why you should NEVER use a putty knife to scrape paint? The "blue tape secret" that makes sure the paint doesn't seep under the edge? How to make a 10 cent painting apron out of a trash bag in 15 seconds? It's all there.
Shur-Line makes other excellent products, too. Their "Twist n Reach" roller handle is in the same league as this multi-purpose tool. You'll wonder where it's been all your life.
