This was advertised as eliminating the need to tape, and that it was the perfect edging tool. NOT!!!! The small brush that is supposed to even out the paint to the edge only leaves streaks, I returned it after one small use and went back to taping.

If you are not picky about your edges then maybe this is the tool for you. After 10 minutes I was completely disappointed and stopped using it. I ended up have to retouch all of the edges I did with the Accubrush.

This product is really a HUGE time saver!! I painted my large Master Bedroom in one day. I was able to go around the window trim, door trim and baseboards without taping. It left a clean line around the ceiling. I had one accent wall and was able to go right down the corner leaving a nice edge in the corner between the 2 colors. It also was very useful as just a roller (swinging the gaurd and brush away from the roller) to go around the light switches and outlets (after removing the plates/covers obviously) and getting into smaller places that a large roller can't. It makes for a more uniformed result as you don't have the brush marks. I would recommend this product to anyone...whether you are doing one room or a whole house!! I did get the cheaper version and was up and down the ladder to do the ceiling, but if I would have been doing more than one room and if I would have known how wonderful this product worked, I probably would have spent the extra money to get the pole mounted version!

I bought the accubrush and was disappointed. The roller works great but the brush that edges does not spread paint well enough to cover edge.
