Why was I foolish enough to buy an 'as seen on tv' product?! Using the pad with a pole, it was impossible to control, did not get into the corners, and I ended up getting paint on the ceiling trying to get paint all the way to the edge. Worse still, the pole attachment broke mid-stroke and sent the pad flying across the room. Now I have twice as much work to do.

I ordered the Point N Paint system on July 12th for a paint project planned for the end of August. It never arrived. I completed the project. On Sept. 7th I received a card by mail apologizing for the delay and asking if I wanted to cancel. I sent the card immediately saying to cancel. In the meanwhile, I had read horrible reviews about this product so was happy that I was able to cancel it. It arrived in the mail on Sept. 19th. I contacted Point N Paint. I was hoping they would allow me to print a return slip from their website. Since I had canceled the order, I really didn't want to pay for postage. The customer service rep offered to let me keep the product and refund $20.95 to my credit card. I asked him what my credit card had been charged and he said $42 but that included S&H and Priority handling and delivery. I asked what that meant. Didn't get a very good response.
I said, thanks, but I'll just send the product back for a full refund. At that point was I advised that the full refund was $20.95 and the rest of the $42 was shipping and handling and that was not refundable. So I have a product I don't want for $21.00. Now I understand how this company makes its money....not on the Point n Paint but on other charges. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

This is a terrible product. The hand held mini painter is ok, as is the paint pan (which is the only item worth using.) The large painter sticks to the wall and is very hard to move back and forth. If you use an extension pole, it falls off the swivel after a few uses. I would not recommend this at all. Save your money and invest in a paint stick and a good edger.

This thing is worthless. It doesn't do anything it promises. It leaves about 1/4" bare of paint near the edge/corners making it nearly useless. I hoped that the roller tray was at least useful... nope; the thing either picks up too much or too little paint depending on how much you have in the tray. Also useless. Don't bother.

This thing is a waste of money! All it does is glob the paint on and make a mess! I tried when painting my foyer, and threw it away after a frustrating half hour of struggling with it.
Even an old-fashioned roller and brush work way better.
