I did a lot of research to finally order this duvet set. The bottom line is there was black stuff all over the bottom of one of the sides so I had to send it back. But also those little threads were everywhere. I don't mind a few, but this looked pretty bad. On a final note, someone had mentioned that the reverse was just plain, not striped. This was what I wanted to have showing. But the pillow cases can not be flipped over to show the plain side because you see the flap, so if you buy this is has to be for the striped effect. Overall, I wasn't impressed and didn't have them ship out a new one.

Duvet and pillow shams are well made, oversized and the color is exactly as pictured. I've been pleased with most of my Amazon purchases, but this is definitely one of the best purchases I've made so far. Great quality for the price. If purchasing in a retail store I would have expected to pay at least $100 more for this set.

You would never know that I paid less than $60 for this duvet set. It looks and feels much more expensive. I love all Renaissance products (the sheets are just as nice). Great buy!

It washes and "wears" nice: I just pull it out of the dryer and put it back on the bed. I had trouble finding just the right color of blue/green and this one is gorgeous. Money well-spent.

I really like this duvet set. Fits my king-sized comforter really well. The 600 thread-count fabric is very soft and heavier than my old 300 thread-count duvet, making it nice for winter. Because the fabric is heavier, I'll probably switch back to my 300 thread-count duvet when the weather warms up; something to keep in mind when purchasing. Good value for the money.
