Very Practical, Adds Storage Space, Won't scratch wood floors November 16, 2009

Great price, very sturdy, adds storage space under the bed, keeps the bed in place on wood floors and won't scratch. The only negative item to note is that the base of the risers are wider than the casters/wheels of the bed (obviously) so now I notice I sometimes run my toes into the risers when I walk up to the edge of the bed.

After ordering and paying for this item, the wrong item was shipped and when i called I was told that the item I had ordered had not been is stock. WHY?

These risers are very sturdy and being adjustable was a huge benefit. Great product at a great price!

Risers are much larger and sturdier than they seem in the pictures. But even so, the opening at the top of each riser is quite a bit bigger than the casters on our bed frame. There is about an inch or so of "give" on each riser, so the bed wobbles back and forth. So far it hasn't fallen, but it makes me nervous. We tried taking the casters off, but still had the same problem.
Also, watch out for your knuckles when you're adjusting the risers. Maybe wear gloves or use a piece of cloth to help you punch out the inner pieces - I lost a good bit of skin during setup.

This is not at all what I thought I was purchasing. I would send it back, but since the shipping to and from would almost equal the purchase price, I decided to just toss them in the trash.
