Easiest way to fix leaks, too bad they haven't tagged it some way to avoid having to install it twice if you get hot and cold reversed.

This is a Moen made original factory part (1225 Single Handle Faucet replacement cartridge). I compared cost with many other sources but Amazon beat the best price by about half. The part was shipped very promptly and it fit like a glove. Amazon is awesome for wholesale parts.
