I was expecting to receive the 04712 3m TrueAir filter but instead received an RPS Products 'BestAir' (HD712). This shouldn't be advertised as the original if you're actually getting a replacement filter.

I ordered Hamilton Beach TrueAir 04712 Allergen Reducing Filters. The price was not cheap and shipping charges were exorbitant for something that weighs little more than a large envelope. To top it off I was shipped a cheap knock off that I could have purchased for less than half the price at another website.
Allergy Be Gone is a total rip-off and I do not understand how they can stay in business operating in this unethical manner.

Like everyone said these arent made by Hamilton Beach.
But the quality is still decent and gets the job done by collecting dust.
Works great for me...Im glad I can still get them here at Amazon cause my local Target stopped carrying them!
