Product was great for 2 month! THEN IT FELL APART!!!!!! Shower head completely seperated from the hose (looked like it had been glued together to begin with) and while removing the other end of the hose the cheap plastic fitting cracked, so now my $42 purchase is now useless.
On top of this Amazon has no customer service link to be found and when I click on the return an item link it said my return window has expired. Needless to say I won't be purchasing much directly from Amazon anymore, because if it breaks or the product is crappy you're pretty much stuck with it!!!!

So far, we like it just fine. As mentioned in other reviews, the spray is a little straight-forward but the different settings will allow you to find something that will be live-able. The filter seems good and the water was fine (clean shower). We didn't have bad city-water before...but we like the idea that it will be even better now. The flexibility of the hand-held w/hose will be great with baby when she comes (later this year). Drawbacks might be that, as a hand-held, it is just a little bit heavy. However, we are looking forward to using it to clean baby either way. It seems that filter changing is quite easy. Probably a person should stock up on the filters ahead of time since you are change it every six-months (or more often if you have bad water). Included was a calendar sticker to help remind you when to change filter out (nice feature). The install was a snap (as you have read in other reviews). Really easy. Of note might be the fact that the "holder" for the showerhead is at the "base" of the showerhead so this unit will actually make the height at which your "water comes out" about 8 inches higher than it was before you changed from conventional showerhead to this one. The hose seems really solid and the rest is made of the chrome plastic we are all used to working with by now. Seems solid though. We weren't able to find anything else on the market, including the filter, that was as reasonably priced as this unit.

A snap to install. Honestly can't think of one negative thing to say about the showerhead with filter. What a difference! My hair is so soft and silky and my skin is no longer dry. I don't even need to use body lotion after a shower anymore.
I'm going to buy one for the guest bathroom and one for my grandsons. Don't want those little ones exposed to all that chlorine!

Super easy to install and changed the water quality instantly. We have high chlorine in the water and was irritating the baby's skin but after installing the shower head the skin is less dry and itchy.

I've only had this a few days, but so far so good! It really makes a huge difference with the water quality. I can really feel and smell a difference. (No more chlorine smell and the water feels softer) One recommendation though-- remove the water restrictor that is inside the handle.. it makes a HUGE difference in the water pressure. (There are instructions inside the manual on how to do this). I already recommended this showerhead to several people I know.
