I ordered this filter because it showed the TrueAir logo printed right on the filter. I know all filters are not the same and I wanted to make sure I was getting the original that came with the purifier, because it works great. I was very disappointed when it arrived. The filter is a very cheap one made with wire and I am sure it won't work as well. They should not show the logo if it is not the real thing.

Other than the general shape this product is nothing like the Original filters made by Hamilton Beach. The filter material itself is thin and held together with some type of wire. Spend a couple more dollars and get the "real" filters. Will not order filter 04712 from this company again.
