Unfortunatelly on the first shipment of this product the carbon filter was broken. Nevertheless, I received a new one (replacement of entire product) in a record time, and it works great. Pretty impresive, Amazon!

I ordered level 4 and it was not delivered. The filters are D-250A but are only rated to reduce bad taste and setiment. The level 4 is good for taking out much more.

Even though I feel that filters are overpriced (like printer ink) they will all need to be replaced some day. These were identical to the originals and were easy to install. Considering replacement filter prices elsewhere these filters were fairly priced. Received the product in a very timely manner.

The Culligan D-250A water filter I purchased from Amazon was significantly cheaper than from any local dealer. The filter works great.

Been using this filter for a few years and have no complaints. It filters out a ton of crap you don't want to be drinking but be sure to check for damage or breaks in the carbon because it is brittle and can break easily. If there is a serious break the water will go THERE instead of through the smaller areas and defeats the whole purpose of filtering. I bought two and saved one for 6 mo later and after I opened it, both filters were cracked, rendering them useless. Amazon let me return them but I waited too long and by then it was just too much hassle to return them so I wrote it off.
So, mostly good results.
